Pooja Devariya Enters Into Hollywood

Pooja Devariya, the renowned theater artist entered Kollywood through the movie “Mayakkam Enna” directed by Selvaraghavan. Recently, she impressed audiences and critics alike through her powerful portrayal of a widow lady in Karthik Subbaraj’s “Iraivi”.





She again impressed the audiences through the movies “Kutrame Thandanai” and “Aandavan Kattalai”. Her next movie to reach the screens was “Vallavanukum Vallavan” with Bobby Simha in the lead role.





Recently, she made the Indian flag fly high in an International avenue by winning the prestigious ‘Emerging Artists Award’ at the Short and Sweet Theatre Festival’s Hollywood edition in Los Angeles, the largest short theatre festival in the world.





The beauty along with Mathivanan Rajendran contested with eminent personalities in the world from the USA, Mexico, Australia and UAE.





The short movies performed by Pooja Devariya in the festival were ‘My Name is Cine-maa’ and ‘Va Van Gogh’. Both the plays impressed audiences to the fullest upon its release, and everybody praised Pooja for her impeccable acting.
