Lakshmi Has Something To Convey Beyond Film, Music And Dance - Shruthi Nallappa
Updated on : 23 August 2018

Filmmaker Vijay has owned an esthetical essence all throughout his directorial venture, which not alone the audience, but even the producers admire. His movies go beyond the genre and strongly place an emotional connection with universal audiences. “This is what I have personally admired in Vijay sir, who makes sure the audiences become so united with his presentation,” acclaims producer Shruthi Nallappa. Bankrolling the most expected film of this season – Lakshmi along with Prateek Chakravorty and R. Ravidran, Shruthi adds, “Vijay sir has never missed to involve the sentiments in his movies, which indeed has proved to be a strong reason behind the success. This indeed was an instant feel that I experienced while going through the script.  As a woman, I could feel every bit of emotions reflected, which I believe would be the strongest ingredient here. I would say Lakshmi has something to convey beyond film, music and dance.”

Shedding lights on the iconic emblem of dance – Prabhu Deva, she says, “What do I have to say about him? The world knows his identity. But apart from carrying the ennoblements of several titles, Prabhu Deva is a good human being. His gesture of encouraging others sharing the screen space with him and being a producer friendly all throughout the process will be a cherishing memory forever.”

Shruthi Nallappa adds that every character in the film has its own substance and will make audience to travel with it.  In particular, she cites upon Ditya Bhande saying, “This little champ will be an ultimate showstopper, who will not alone travel back home with audience after the show, but will impart a high impactful inspiration.”

Lakshmi is produced by Prateek Chakravorty and Shruthi Nallappa for Pramod Films in association with R. Ravindran of Trident Arts.

Featuring an ensemble star-cast of Prabhu Deva, Ditya Bhande, Aishwarya Rajesh, Karunakaran, Kovai Sarala, Salman Yusuff Khan, Chaams and many more prominent actors, the film is scheduled for worldwide release tomorrow (August 24).  This dance based film has musical score by Sam CS and cinematography handled by Nirav Shah with Anthony as the editor.

With an unforgettable gesture of remembering her professional association  with Trident arts Ravindran, Shruthi says "We are  associating for the first time. And we are very fortunate to have Trident Arts associating with us for our first Tamil venture. Amazing learning experience it was and iam sure his marketing skills will go a long way in assuring Lakshmi a great success" .
