Updated on : 10 March 2016

There is always a huge expectation meter for Hollywood dubbed movies. The recent success of 'Deadpool' proved it. 'The Jungle Book' is going to be the next big thing and the dubbing process has began in all regional languages.

Hindi dubbing is going to be special as Priyanka Chopra, will be lending her voice for Kaa, the Python. Irfan Khan will provide voice for friendly bear Baloo. Shefali Shah will provide her voice for Raksha, the Wolf. Om Puri will lend his voice to Bagheera - the Black Panther and Nana Patekar is roped in to become the voice of Shere Khan, the Bengal Tiger. But in Kollywood, it is just going to be the usual dubbing artists.

Amrita Pandey who is Disney Vice President said, "This movie is so special and we need Indian audience to enjoy Disney's all-new live-action adaptation. We have called these Hindi actors and they gladly accepted it. However the same was not possible in Tamil. As we run out of time, we decided to go with dubbing artists." The movie will release on

8th of April
